30-Day Return Window
Refunds are accepted within 30 days from the order received date for all used and unused products.
To initiate a return, email support@healthcarefacilitysupply.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days. The original USPS Priority Mail shipping charge is non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund, including shipping.
